Ligght - Marketplace to book digital creators
Ligght is a marketplace app designed to help users book photographers and videographers. It caters to a wide range of audiences who want to book a digital creator for a particular event on a package or hourly basis.
Challenge
Planning events or milestones is exciting, but finding and booking reliable photographers, videographers, and studios can be a real headache. Current options are scattered and confusing. Users need a friendly, seamless solution to easily discover and book professional visual creators, ensuring their special moments are captured perfectly without any hassle.
Research Findings
Before embarking on any project, I conduct in-depth research to identify the unique challenges and opportunities presented and get to know about potential competitors, pain points, target audience, and use case analysis.
My Role
I primarily focused on brainstorming solutions for issues identified in the low-fidelity prototype. Additionally, I designed and presented it to my friends for usability testing after finalizing the high-fidelity prototype.
